If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Site and Services. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Services Description

UniWorkAI provides high-quality AI training data services including but not limited to:

  • Computer vision data annotation (image and video)
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) data annotation
  • Sensor fusion data annotation
  • Audio data annotation
  • Custom AI data solutions

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
  • Notify us immediately if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches
  • Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Payments & Billing

For paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our Site. Fees are based on Services purchased and not actual usage.

Payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specifically permitted in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our pricing terms at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UniWorkAI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of UniWorkAI.

You retain all rights to any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, works of authorship, or any other materials you submit, post or display on or through our Services ("User Content").

6. User Content

By submitting User Content through our Services, you grant UniWorkAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Services.

You are responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to your User Content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

UNIWORKAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL UNIWORKAI, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UniWorkAI and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from or arising out of:

  • your use and access of the Services
  • a breach of these Terms
  • your User Content
  • any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mysore, Karnataka.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
